How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Does CRAFTD jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, we provide a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry. If your piece fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.

How should I care for my jewelry?

While our pieces are highly durable, we recommend rinsing them with fresh water after exposure to chlorine or salt water and drying them with a soft cloth to maintain their original shine.
